O’Neal Service Pros

This is a long overdue review for O’Neal Service Pros. Several months ago I was price shopping a water softener install. I already had the unit and pipes run. Just needed someone to install the unit. I called OnTime Service whose price was absurd. Called Aqua Systems whose price was way better but then tried to scam me by trying to convince me that what I purchased wasn’t a water softener and that I needed to buy something from them. Ryan O’Neal to the rescue. He was recommended to me by a Lowe's employee. I texted Ryan what my issue was and sent him a few pics of the unit. Not only did he confirm that it was indeed a water softener, he installed it for a THIRD of the price that OnTime quoted and it’s been operating perfectly. My wife FaceTimed me after the install and he walked us both through what he’d done and how to maintain the unit. Today he did something much simpler which was just replacing an old spigot on the front of my house. Can’t recommend O’Neal Service Pros enough. If I could give 100 stars I would

Ryan repaired 2 badly leaking shower faucets. I was amazed at his knowledge of the very old fixtures. He kept me informed and gave me options that saved me money. After Ryan did such a great job installing our water heater, we enlisted O’Neal Service Pros to be part of our renovation project. We had lots of planning discussions. While the major work was ongoing, Ryan came in and did some “prep” work, (1) reversing the powder room toilet and sink water supply and drains, (2) reconfiguring the kitchen drain & water supply so the sink could be moved, (3) repairing a couple of worn-out water valves. Once the floors & cabinets were in, Ryan came in and installed the kitchen sink, faucet, water service and drain, then installed a new garbage disposer. He installed the powder room toilet and sink in their new positions. He installed a new dishwasher. Finally, he “discovered” the water valves to the washing machine were leaking and replaced them. All Ryan’s work was “top notch.” We were lucky to have his help. Very professional, great communicator, fair prices. I highly recommend O’Neal Service Pros!

Ryan did a great job for me in fixing 2 plumbing repairs. He has several years of experience, is knowledgeable, and charged a fair and reasonable price. I will be using Ryan and O'Neal Service Pros for all of my future plumbing needs.

Professional, courteous, and personable. O’Neal Service Pros know their stuff. I had a clogged drain, and not only did it get resolved but now I know how it all happens and things I can do to mitigate future occurrences. Hey, it happens to all of us, especially older homes. Will definitely call on them again.
