Hiller has been exceptionally helpful. Unfortunately, we had to replace ALL units. They answered any/all questions to our satisfaction. Even during installation, the crew took the time to answer my concerns. Great job - team Michael and his crew!!!

Beau did a super job! We needed the old sink, vanity and toilet removed and the new items installed. The bathroom looks great and Beau left it neat as a pin! He was kind and respectful, and was great with my new puppy who was very interested in what Beau was doing! I highly recommend Beau and would like for him to come back out when we are ready to have work done on our shower. I could not be more pleased with how the bathroom looks and am thankful for Beau’s help today. This was my first experience with Hiller and I will be using them again!

Roy was GREAT! He easily saved me $2,000 that another company had quoted me. He thought outside of the box and got my problem fixed in under 5 minutes. Very polite and efficient staff on the phone, they were able to get Roy there in less than 2 hours. I’ll be using Hiller next time I need any help !

Hiller has always sought to satisfy me as a customer but this repair has damaged their reputation with me. The condensation leak in my partially encapsulated crawl space is still leaking from two other areas now, after the techs said that it was fixed. I go there and find my door open and the light on. The condensation pump had insulation from the hard pipe they installed previously underneath it, I guess to level it, but it was soaked from the nearby leak. There is more but I am too frustrated to continue.
