We were given conflicting locations for a sewer line break between RR and the city. The city said the break was under a new driveway, but rather than cutting it, RR did additional work to locate the break beyond the driveway. They mapped the tortuous sewer line path to the street and verified their repair along the entire line when finished. I am very pleased that the driveway did not have to be dug up for this fix. Thank the plumbers at RR whose experience and workmanship made all the difference.

We had an issue after hours on a Friday night. Jacob (Clark) left one job and was at our house within minutes. His positive approach and diligent efforts had us cleared up very quickly. I would recommend him 10/10 times.

Christian, our technician, did a wonderful job! He worked well around all of our many animals, was kind and professional, and fixed our pipes lightning fast! If you need help, he's the guy to go to!

Roto rooter was quick to react to my early morning call for service to inspect and hopefully fix my water heater. Matthew arrived within an hour and quickly discovered the problem which was some wires which had burned. Some hours later the work was as complete as possible as some parts were unavailable but some of the old parts were still in good condition. I wanted the 11 year old elements replaced but as new ones were not readily available I asked Matt to reinstall the older ones. Replacing the older thermostats was not a problem. It was fortunate that I had the ability and materials to correct the burnt wires.
