I'm new to Alabama and started having problems with my plumbing. After several calls to different plumbers I decided to go with Odom's. They answered the phone promptly and came out to give me an estimate when they said they would. They did a Great job and it took only several hours not days like another plumber told me how long it would take! I give them 5 Stars and will definitely use them in the future!

Heath got me scheduled quickly to resolve two severe issues I was having. Chris performed repairs on both and was professional, courteous, thorough and neat with his work. Thank you!

I had made an appointment and was told they’d be out between 8:15-8:30 AM Tuesday, January 7. The person who took down my information was nice enough but I didn’t receive no notification on why/if service appointment was cancelled. I’ll be getting someone else. I’ve never tried this company but this is first and last. I won’t recommend. Edit: They did call after the fact but by that time I was at work, effectively making the window of repair worthless.

I've always liked these guys, but they postponed an appointment I had and said they'd come the next day but never did. Since then, I've tried calling twice and left messages and they still have not responded. It's been three weeks since my original call, and I still don't have my problem fixed.
