This was by far the smoothest plumbing remodel I’ve ever experienced, even compared to my previous kitchen and bathroom projects. Noah's Plumbing & Water Heaters made me feel comfortable right from the start, and the quality of their work truly lived up to my expectations. The costs were fair and clearly explained, so there were no surprises—everything was finished right on time and within budget. Everyone involved, including the local partners for things like glass and stone, was friendly and professional. It was great to hear even the other contractors complimenting the high standards and organization of the plumbing work. For this project, we completely gutted the guest bathroom, removing everything down to the studs, and replaced the old tub with a modern walk-in shower. All the plumbing and fixtures were upgraded, and the end result looks fantastic. I feel confident knowing that the pipes and work behind the walls are just as solid as what you can see. I’ll definitely be calling Seth and his team again when it’s time to update my main bathroom here in Louisville.

From start to finish, Noah's Plumbing & Water Heaters did an excellent job! I called this morning because the drain in my basement was backed up. The person who answered was friendly and got a plumber scheduled for later that same day. I also got a call with a 40-minute heads-up before the plumber arrived. Kyle showed up right on time, got straight to work, and fixed the issue quickly. He cleaned up the area, explained what caused the problem and how he fixed it, and gave me some helpful tips to avoid future clogs. I’m very satisfied with the service I received!

Just before our family arrived, the hot water heater suddenly stopped working. I was worried about everyone needing showers and not having any hot water. Since the water heater was still under warranty, I first called the company that installed it, but they said they couldn't send anyone for a week. I also tried another big plumbing company, but they had no plumbers available after hours and also offered to schedule it in a week. After calling several other plumbers, it seemed like getting emergency plumbing help would be almost impossible. Then I called Noah's Plumbing & Water Heaters. Seth answered, and even though he was busy with another job, he took the time to walk me through the repair over the phone. He was patient, helpful, and explained everything in simple steps. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to fix the hot water heater myself. Seth didn't even charge me for helping out, and he was just as happy as I was when everything worked again! If you ever need a plumber, especially in a pinch, I highly recommend this company. Friendly, knowledgeable, and truly caring—it's hard to find better service anywhere else.

He was professional, polite, and explained everything clearly. Later in the day, we even got a follow-up call to make sure everything was working well. He always answers calls and emails, and keeps you updated during the job. He explains all the plumbing options, what can be done, and is happy to answer any questions. Randall is very professional, honest, and always cleans up after finishing his work. When my kitchen sink was badly clogged, he came out the same day and didn’t leave until the drain was completely clear. Later, when my old water heater started leaking, I knew to call Randall. He explained the different options for replacing it and patiently answered all our questions. We chose to switch to a tankless water heater, and Randall installed it quickly and made sure everything was updated in just one day. We’re very satisfied with the new tankless heater and the excellent job Randall did.
