Murray Technicians ( Paul Davila and hiss helper) were punctual and with real good attitude, once starting the install both techs were working great together, once completed they explained the function and all necessary actions to take if any. They did a fantastic job and looks great and organized. Keep up the good work and the great attitude. Thank you guys and Murray plumbing team.

Overall the experience was good/ fair. The job was done efficiently and in timely manner. Communication from both the technician and main office could have been better. Services were supposed to be provided the day before between 2-4pm. Around 4:30 there was no call or update as to where the technician was. It wasn’t until I called to get an update only to find out that the technician wasn’t going to be able to make it. It’s important to communicate with the customers and especially when we are expected to be available between a specific amount of time, which can sometime be hours. Aside from that, thank you for the assistance and service.
