Brett, Luis, Susan & Becca went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service! Brett & Luis provided topnotch expert service! They stayed late working vigorously to ensure I had hot water before going bed. I am so grateful and pleased with Brett, Luis and Susan for allowing space in their schedule to accommodate my needs! Oh my! Zachary Romero is a top-notch plumber. He is personable, polite, respectful and very cognizant of keeping your home and his work space clean. He did a great job and I did not have to clean up after him. I have to say he is the best plumber that I have ever had the occasion to meet. I highly recommend him. If you can ask for him personally, do so!

Excellent service! Franklyn Carbajal and Chris Finn were able to install new Tankless water heater the same day when they were only scheduled to diagnose the problem. They were able to explain everything and were patient to return for installation of the new heater same day. Very happy with their prompt response and how professional they were. Their prices were very reasonable as well. I highly recommend them for any plumbing problems

Honest, Patient, and Truly Customer-Focused — Ask for Aaron We had a backed up laundry drain line and called out a different company to take a look. After that company told us we had a broken drain line under our slab and quoted us multiple "solutions" between $10-30k including tunneling and replacing it, I called Mr. Rooter for a second opinion — and I’m incredibly glad I did. Aaron from Mr. Rooter showed up calm, professional, and ready to actually figure out what was going on. He reviewed the original plumber’s camera footage with me and walked through the drain layout in my home. Rather than jumping straight to expensive solutions, he recommended we install a clean-out in a more accessible spot so we could get a better look at the line. Aaron didn’t pressure me. He took the time to explain things clearly, was totally open to my ideas and questions, and genuinely seemed like he cared about helping me get the right solution — not the most expensive one. That approach saved us thousands. After installing the clean-out and bringing Aaron back out, he properly cleaned and re-scoped the line… and confirmed there was no break. It was just a tie-in from an old, unused utility sink that had built-up with grease. Problem solved for under $1,000. Imagine if we had moved forward with the original company, only to find that the pipe was fine... If you’re looking for a plumber who is smart, calm under pressure, and actually has your best interests in mind, call Mr. Rooter and ask for Aaron. I won’t hesitate to work with him again should I need to.

I called after I saw water coming out of the drainage while I was taking a shower 🤢🤢 The company sent Luis Torres and he was great. Super professional, transparent, and solves problems super fast! Highly recommended.
