Work was completed as needed. The plumbers were nice, respectful and gave some excellent advice for maintaining my system. However, plumber gave one time but showed up several hours later. When I asked customer service how much was labor, I got the runaround and slick talk (through text). Very, very unprofessional with communicating with customers after service was rendered.This was my first and last time using Mr Good Plumber and I will not recommend this business to anyone.
More than five stars! Clarence was awesome, affordable services, knowledgeable skills, patient and persistent, I felt totally comfortable with him in our home as we went about our day, and our dog loved laying by him while he worked. He installed a water filter, dishwasher, and faucet for us and I am very grateful. Do not hesitate to give him a call!
