I had a wonderful experience with Charlene, Greg, Bruce, and John. They explained everything to me so well and even took the time to teach me a couple things! You can definitely tell they are passionate at what they do and truly care about people. I am so grateful for them!! They will always be my first call when something goes wrong.

The staff was polite but they have been out to my house twice and my leak is still continuing in my house. I was told someone else would come out and take a better look at it for the past couple of weeks and still no one has called me back or gave me a date. I will be moving on to someone else to get the job done right!!

Worst experience EVER ! This is the short version , It took almost a month, with multiple trips to my home. to get 2 dripping faucets fixed because they no longer make the type of handles I have but after paying 140.00 the first time . I found they had caused a leak in my basement when they had worked on the one bathroom . They told me they would have to go through the tile to fix it . and was quoted another 525.00 . Well they came out, put new hardware (same type I had ) and soldered the leak through a hole in my hall closet and still charged me 525.00 for less then 2 hours work! I was told they charge 80 .00 an hour well I was charged over 200.00 an hour! When I called and questioned the owner he was very defensive and rude to me and told me to go some where else next time. My sister was getting ready to call them to have a hot water heater put in Not any more!

Excellent experience. John is some kind of guy. I am a repeat customer. John has integrity and a good heart. I am pleased with the results and fairness.

Excellent service. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Will definitely use them in the future.
