I had a great experience with Moon Family plumbing. Great communication, they showed up when they said they would, and fair pricing. John showed up and did an excellent job, was efficient, very knowledgeable, and friendly. I had a hose bib replaced and my tankless water heater flushed. This is my go-to plumbing contractor now

Casey and Jon were very friendly and professional, they replaced two ancient hose bibs on our house with modern ones, including shut-off valves inside. They were careful not to let our cats out or into the basement, and they let themselves in and out of the house unobtrusively while I was in a Zoom meeting for work. They cleaned up after their work, and the price was reasonable, with a discount since we hired them to do two fixtures at the same time. We're planning on hiring them again the next time we need plumbing work done in our home!

Very happy with Moon Family Plumbing! We had a gas water heater replaced, they were courteous, efficient and very professional. They answered all my questions and cleaned everything thoroughly after the job was done. I thought they were very reasonable in pricing and will definately use them again.
