Victor, and some other fellows came and replaced our old furnace. I gave a couple days to give a review because I wanted to see the results, and well the house is warm again! We had an aging furnace that was working, but has seen it's better days, and still seemed to be working overtime. Back to this opinion of mine, Clean, professional, timely, and like I said, the house is still warm. All while feeling like more than 'Just another customer' Thank you! PS Wouldn't of happened if it weren't for Larry! Not a salesman, a Man! Maybe he sells stuff, but it's nice chatting about life for a bit instead of nice appliances I obviously cannot afford.
I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience bothered me enough to share. Chapman is very upfront about charging $103 just to come out and look at your unit. That’s already steep, but I went ahead because I needed my AC fixed. I explained to the scheduler exactly what happened—I accidentally pulled out a brown cable while weeding, and that’s why my unit wasn’t working. She couldn’t give me any kind of estimate. When Nolan, the technician, arrived he was very nice, friendly, and clearly understood this was an easy fix. He reconnected the wire in less than 10 minutes and even tried to give me the cheapest cost possible. I have nothing bad to say about him—he did his job well. But then came the bill: $120 for the repair on top of the $103 diagnostic fee. So $223 total for a 10-minute fix I had already described in advance. $120 for the work I can understand—but stacking it with $103 just to show up feels unfair, especially when other HVAC companies waive the diagnostic fee if they do the repair. The problem isn’t the technician—it’s the company’s policy. It feels like Chapman cares more about their bottom line than doing right by their customers. I wouldn’t use them again, and I’d recommend checking competitors first.
Matt was fantastic. Got the capacitor replaced, did maintenance on system, and got us cooling already. Sophia got us on the schedule quickly. Our ac stopped working and my wife is 8 1/2 months pregnant. 85 in the house is too hot! Always a great experience with Chapman, and they always take the time to answer all my questions, even when I ask way too many because of my over caution brain.

Uses photos and iPad forms to clearly explain my air conditioner status post inspection/tuneup. He is the reason I was proactive in pursuing another year inspection contract with Chapman. Thank you.
Israel was very efficient, polite and professionally friendly. He politely listened to my concerns then went into action. He got my toilet solidly anchored again and my sink leveled so it would hold water. He left his whole area neat and orderly. I recommend him highly.
