20 minutes after I called Mike he was at my house to give me a quote. I had gotten other quotes, and not only was he way lower with his price, but he also didn’t try to up charge me on some things. We set a date and he absolutely stayed with it. Robbie and Curtis came on the date scheduled and were amazing. They were kind, helpful, clean, and put me at ease. They did amazing work and I am so grateful. I will most definitely use them again and would refer them to anybody I know without hesitation.

Very Disappointed. Requested a quote for a main replacement and they were very nice. They said they would pencil me in and get out on Thursday to do the work. He said he would get out prior to give us a quote. I heard nothing and called Wednesday. I was told that Michael would not be able to come out and he would have to come out the following week to do the work. I asked if he was planning on giving us a quote and that my wife would be out of town the following Thursday and we really needed a quote prior to her leaving in time to get someone else out should we choose to pick a different plumber. I was assured that he would come out on Monday or Tuesday in order to give us a quote. Again, I heard nothing. I finally called about 4 PM on Tuesday and got no answer. I received a call back and when I asked about the quote was told: "Oh, we should have called you; Michael won't be able to give you a quote because he won't be back for 4 weeks." Seriously? This is how you do business? I guess I'm glad he didn't do the work.

I called MLS Plumbing this morning for 2 issues with our kitchen sink. MLS sent me not one, but two techs within a couple hours. Problem solved at reasonable price, quick and clean work. Thank you MLS Plumbing! Chris

We have been using MLS PLUMBING for years. The guys that come to our house are professional, and very informative about what they are doing and why. I totally trust these guys especially Chaz.
