Mitch the Plumber

So, Jacques just left and I must say this is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor of any kind. He really went above and beyond. The woman I spoke to to organize everything was awesome also, want to give her a shoutout! He arrived well within the expected arrival time. Not that I can or would complain about arriving towards the end, but isn’t it nice when they come towards the beginning of the window? He was very clear and efficient in his explanations. I didnt feel like he or the company solely wanted my money, but rather that he legitimately wanted to help with my problem. He was immensely respectful of my space and my animals. My grumpy cat even allowed some pets 😂 And my problems aren’t only resolved (sump pump and “flooding” sink), it cost SO MUCH LESS than expected. And took so much less time!! This is the second time I’ve used this company and had that experience. So. Overall, humongous fan of this company and Jacques! 20/10 highly recommend

I had a wonderful experience with Jacques. He came to our house twice for several issues. He is thorough, knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely use him again. And on top of everything else, he is a really nice guy!!
