Can't say enough good things about these guys. The main water line burst in my house on a Saturday afternoon. We called every plumber in Ann Arbor - the other few who answered couldn't help until Monday, but Fry had their plumber out to my place within a couple hours. Josh showed up in their big box supply truck with all the necessary supplies to get my water up and running again, including a new pressure tank to replace my 40-year-old antique. He was skilled, confident, and pleasant to work with - exactly the guy you want in an emergency. Wish I could give them 6 stars.

Fry was responsive after I left a message after my water heater gave out and left a puddle of water on my basement floor. They called me back quickly. They arranged to send Josh Cash later that day on a Saturday afternoon. Josh stayed in communication with me about his arrival time. Josh gave me two options, return Sunday morning or Monday morning with the correct fitting unit. We scheduled at an agreed time and he arrived within the window of time. He completed the job, taught me the new features on the new water heater, and cleaned up the work area.

Mark was so helpful and really provided me with information on how/why my problem had happened and how to know what to do in the future. He gave me the advice that I requested in a way that still gave room for choices. He called when he was starting the drive to let me know when he would arrive… that was so useful. Great job!

I was not sure if I needed a plumber or a septic company to help with my frustrating and intermittent problem. Brad was tasked with the investigation. He called to let me know when he was on his way and he arrived at the time he estimated. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what happened and why, and then fixed the issue same day. Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended.
