I had been trying to get help with a hot water issue for quite some time and other plumbers, HVAC, and water heater companies would either not call me back or would not send me a quote when they said they would. Al’s was prompt to answer my call, promptly came to my house to see what the issues were, gave me options that day with rough estimates, then sent me a quote for what we decided on, again promptly. I was on their schedule in less than a week, and my hot water issues are gone. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would definitely have them back again if I ever need it, and if anyone I know is needing a water heater I would definitely recommend these guys.

Al's Water Heater is the kind of company I love doing business with. They were professional, friendly, and highly responsive. And the cost for installing our heat pump water heater was several thousand less than a competing bid for the exact same equipment. Richard was fantastic at the sales end. He was quick to respond to questions, made changes without hassle, and always called me rather than just texting or emailing, which is more personal and effective. The installers were fantastic as well. They were efficient and did a great job, and kept me in the loop as they worked. I highly recommend Al's Water Heater.

I was so happy with Al's service. I had a leaking water heater and decided have a tankless one installed. They came out and gave me a quote and installed that same day. They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves. So happy!!

Al’s was Amazing, the workers were happy and very friendly, zoomed in did a super job and zoomed out. What I am saying is they did a SUPER JOB IN SO LITTLE TIME WE COULD HARDLY BELIEVE IT. They were kind enough to bring a bed frame up from the basement and put it out front for junk. It was gone in 15 minutes. What wonderful guys Al has working. Thanks a 1,000 time for the super job you did.

This is my third gas water heater replacement using Al's Water Heater Service. Install was quick, used quality Bradford-White product, done next day from call, they arrived on time, and workers were friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company. ~Mike
