I've been using McCoy Plumbing since we moved back to Charlotte in 2012. They are extremely reliable, honest, fair, and responsive. I've used them probably 15-20 times. Because they are family owned and operated, I'm never left wondering who the technician will be. Today, it was Josh. He was good as usual. We had a water filter system installed very quickly.

I can’t say enough good things about McCoy. I called with an emergency leak under my house and they came out within 2 hours. Their techs quickly diagnosed the problem and called me while under the house to explain what had happened and the repairs that needed to be done (replaced pressure switch). The repair was done quickly, professionally and at a very reasonable price (much cheaper than I expected). They will be my go to plumbers from now on. Highly recommend!
