Maupin Plumbing

We had a great experience with Maupin, and would definitely recommend. They helped us tap into an existing gas line and ran a new line to our garage so we could use a ventless heater. From the very start, Morgan, the rep we spoke to on the phone was super friendly and very responsive, always calling back when she said she would. This is surprisingly hard to find with companies these days! On the day of our installation, the two techs, Tom and Ryan, did a fantastic job. They were very friendly, worked quickly, answering all of our questions, and they went above and beyond what was required! This was a huge help to us! We are very happy with the service we received and will use them for any future needs.

READ THE REVIEWS! FIND ANOTHER PLUMBER! AO Smith referred us to Maupin Plumbing for warranty service and said this was the company to use. I called Maupin on Thursday afternoon and left a message. I also used their site to request service. I called again on Friday morning at 10:30am as there was no response. Left another message. Nothing. Called AO Smith back to let them know and asked for another plumber. Read the other reviews. Appears to be a consistent thing. Right now, I would guess the economy is good and they are busy. But not even responding to customers is POOR service and will be remembered when things slow down. Find another plumber. These folks clearly are not interested in working.

Maupin is incredibly dependable and responsive. They continually come out for various sizes of projects in our 80+ year old house. They always fit us in quickly and ensure that the work they do actually solves the problem. Tom and Bobby are great to work with and we would recommend them to anyone. They are tenured in the industry and you can tell in their performance and approach. In both a professional setting and our personal family home they have been great to work with.

Wonderful customer service, technicians and great people. Home warranty being difficult and not covering water heater issues (go figure) and these guys don't have the mentality of "sorry about your luck" they really went out of their way to work with me when my home warranty company didn't. Also Daniel was great with follow up and continuously kept me updated in a timely fashion. Definitely will be my go-to plumbing company from now on.

After much research and thought, I am happy I went with Maupin Plumbing for my water heater install. The tech (Bobby) that installed my unit was fast, answered all my questions, and left my basement clean. The price was right as well. I will most certainly be using them for future plumbing jobs.
