Jeff and Aaron were amazing. They showed up on time and was very efficient and thorough with their work. Everything was installed properly and they were very informative on how the system worked and their communication was awesome. Also they cleaned up everything so well that you couldn’t even tell that they were there when they left. Also Chad, the gentleman that came out for the quote was so nice and helpful and honest. I could tell he cared and understood our situation and made the process easy and affordable. Thank you everyone at Masters, I highly recommend. Thank you Joel! Quick and excellent job. This was not the time for our air-conditioning to stop working. Masters sent Joel out to fix the problem. He diagnosed the problem in less five minutes. He changed the part and cleaned the air conditioner and we have a cool house again. I will be using Masters from here out to clean our air conditioner and furnace. Joel was very kind, he did an excellent job of representing Masters. Again thank you. I would highly recommend Masters.

Paul was amazing! He not only fixed our geothermal unit, but was kind and patient enough to educate me about how the system works and how to help maintain everything. I wish all techs were this professional, knowledgeable and willing to help improve homeowner maintenance. This experience has made me a Masters customer for the forseable future.

Thank you for the friendly quality service provided on 8/19/25. I greatly appreciated the time spent to explain the malfunction of my A.C. Unit including pictures and good documentation for billing/insurance purposes. Arrival time was as stated & upon leaving the goal was met to resume the air conditioning. Masters offers a maintenance agreement. Mario Arrellano came out to do my A/C maintenance. He was very kind and personable. My furnace is in the basement and I can't do stairs anymore so the previously updated my furnace to a 6 month furnace filter box so that they could change it during maintenance. Mario said he had plenty of filters on the truck. He would tell me when he was done with furnace and when he was heading out to the air unit. He came in to tell me when he was done and what he found. He went over prices, if I wanted to renew my maintenance agreement for another year, told me again what he saw. He was very communicative which was appreciative. Shook my hand before he left. Mario was fantastic to work with.
