The water heater at our rental property ruptured and started leaking water all over the basement back in January. We were going to get it replaced with our Home Smart Applicance replacement program but decided to get a second opinion and found Mark’s Plumbing on Google. Mark went above and beyond with his knowledge and expertise to help us understand different options and what would work best for our 100yo property. We ended up going with a power vented gas water heater at a reasonable price. His crew Tom and Jeff showed up the next day and got the job done right away. Mark is super responsive via texts/calls and always answers any questions we have promptly. Top notch customer service! This morning our sump pump started beeping and Tom showed up right away after we called. He ran a few diagnoses, luckily no major issues found. Tom is knowledgeable, friendly, and funny too. He’s also very honest and won’t try to sell you anything that you don’t need. We like to support small businesses and are glad to have found Mark’s Plumbing!

Mark’s Plumbing helped me out when I was in a pinch! Top notch service, reasonable price, and quick. I’ll be recommending Mark’s team to friends and family. I had ordered a new fridge and removal of the old unit at my mother’s two unit rental duplex in Crystal, MN. When the movers came, we found out that we needed a plumber to remove the self-tapping water line to the ice-maker and install a shutoff valve. I called Mark’s Plumbing on a Tuesday at 3:30pm and he scheduled a plumber for 9:00am the next day so we could get the tenants food back into a cold fridge before it went bad. The plumber was knowledgeable, friendly, and had it fixed within about 90 minutes from the time he arrived to the time he left (including a trip out to get the right part). He cut and soldered in a tee and put on a compression ice maker valve. They kept within the quote they made to me too. Later at 4:30pm my tenant called and told me just the bathroom faucet stopped working. That can happen from sediment getting jostled and blocking the aerator when the water main gets turned off and back on. Mark came out the very next morning at 9:30am, to accommodate the tenants schedule, and had it fixed in 10 minutes with no additional charge. Thanks Mark! Andrew showed up from Mark’s and addressed the overall issues and made excellent recommendation. He was so very friendly, efficient, and competent.
