Professional Responsible and knowledgeable that is what I must say about Daniel. I had a leak in the crawl space under my house. I called after business hours on Friday and Daniel answered immediately. He mentioned he would be able to come first thing Saturday morning which he did. He quickly diagnosed the leak, got parts and repaired the leak. By chance, when he was testing to see if the repair did not leak, he saw another leak which was above ground in a pipe behind the Sheetrock. He left again got the needed parts and managed to repair the leak all in tight spaces. I really need to commend him for his responsiveness, professionalism, knowledge and just being a really nice guy. It would be a lot better if there were more service professionals like him. I would highly recommend Loop Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

I highly recommend Loop Plumbing—Daniel was a joy to work with and went above and beyond. He provided helpful feedback on where my DIY fix went wrong and even offered to walk me through an alternative solution over the phone. Ultimately, I decided to have him come out to fix the shut-off valve on one of our toilets, and I’m so glad I did. Daniel arrived hours earlier than expected, completed the job quickly and efficiently, and made sure I fully understood the repair. On top of that, he charged me over 20% less than his original quote. His professionalism, expertise, and honesty truly set a new standard. I’ll be calling Daniel for all my plumbing needs moving forward.

My Moen bathtub/shower valve handle became very tight and difficult to adjust. I used Yelp app and Loop Plumbing responded within 2mins. I spoke with Daniel, he came out within 90mins and replaced the defective “cartridge” in a very professional and expedient manner. Daniel clearly was very knowledgeable and experienced!
