Josh was amazing from start to finish! We had a difficult leak to diagnose and he was thorough and very informative throughout the whole process. Upfront with costs and did an amazing job fixing a leaking bathroom pipe. Bonus: the cats even loved him!

Lenox Plumbing did a great job installing a new hot water heater. Their technician, Matthew, was very efficient and knowledgeable. He also explained the option and advantages of a tankless conversion which I did not do at this time. The company notified me when he was on his way along with his name, vehicle and plate number. I will definitely do business with them for my future plumbing needs.

Awesome company and customer service. Our water heater started leaking around 9pm, after draining it, we discovered that the shutoff valve to the water heater was not closing all of the way. The only way for us to get it to stop actively leaking was to shut the main water off leaving us with not many options. We called Lenox when they opened at 7am, Shantel asked me to send some photos over of our existing setup and she was able to get a quote and same-day appointment scheduled within the hour. The quote was very fair and explained everything that we would need to have done. Joshua came out around 1pm and provided excellent service. He was able to install the new water heater with a new shutoff valve and disposed of the old one. He was very knowledgeable and was able to get our water running within a few hours! My wife and I couldn’t be happier. We will definitely be using Lenox Plumbing for our future projects and repairs.

I called Lenox to detect and fix a leak from a previous contractor work. Josh had to come a couple of times but he was always on time. He used shoe covers, which was very much appreciated, and always left the space clean. He worked with me to find root cause of the leak, resulting in having to fix a shower drain and shower head connections that were loose. I will definitely call Lenox next time I need a service as they are reliable, fast responding and fair on pricing.

I cannot say enough good things about our experiences with Lenox Plumbing! Josh has come out 3 times recently and has been so knowledgeable and helpful including trying to help us keep the costs from skyrocketing. Absolutely recommend Lenox in every single way I can!
