Lee company did an amazing job replacing a new HVAC, hot water tank and a crawl space encapsulation. I want to give kudos to Melvin, Devin, Rigo, Hayden and Jacob for outstanding work done. It was time consuming, cleaned up after each job performance. You won’t be disappointed hiring Lee company. Thanks again for a job well done.

This company is over the top in customer service! From the first call with questions and asking for a quote to the completed job they were the kindest! The two young men that came to clean the duct work in our house were very kind and polite. I was very impressed! They didn't rush through but took their time and did an amazing job. I have my daughter and her have been staying with us for a couple months her oldest has asthma and has been sick pretty much the whole time they have been with us. I have been AMAZED that he has had NO issue at all after having this done! He hasn't been the only one in the house to benefit from this. We all have. The quality of our air is so much better. We talk about the difference it has made alot! I can't thank them enough for the service and reasonable price as well. I would tell everyone that might have thought about having their duct work cleaned to do it and to use Lee Company!!! Thank you again for the professionalism and wonderful service.

Lee Co. service technician was on time, very professional and informative. He completed his assessment of our generator in a timely manner and answered all questions. I am very satisfied.

I had a new electrical panel plus a whole-house surge protector installed yesterday. Everything went smoothly. Lee Company pulled the required permits, contacted the local electric company to schedule the power to be shut off and turned back on. The correct parts were delivered to my door right before the electrician arrived. He did an excellent job. He was respectful and answered all my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend Lee Company for all home maintenance needs, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.

My first call was on July 31st 2025 and it is now August 11 2025 and my AC is STILL out!!! Over $16,000 and 12 days and counting and I still do not have anything working!!! The GOOD: the techs that came out were great they’ve worked hard and answered all my questions and have been super courteous. The BAD: we are at 12 days today, they were installing the brand new unit and I was informed the unit has a bad part on it and it will be tomorrow before they can replace it because they don’t have any parts (for a brand new unit). After paying the $415 for the service plan when the first tech thought I had fixed it since I changed the capacitor, a couple of hours later the unit quit again and I called back and was told they could come the following Monday but I would not be guaranteed an appointment, I’d be a work in unless I wanted to take a solid appointment on Tuesday. They come on Tuesday to tell me it is broken and has to be replaced. Later that day the sales guy comes out and we talk and get everything squared away for Friday. They come in to replace the unit and tear out the old air handler and the new unit is smaller so the rough cut hole in the drywall, that the original owner had done, looked TERRIBLE with the new, smaller unit. So, $600 more to get that fixed because apparently $15,000 isn’t enough to have them fix it, when a tiny bit of planning could have set the techs up for success. So another guy comes to do my drywall and Lee Co can’t get back out until Monday, here we are I have flexed my schedule 4 times taking days off and spent all this money to be told the new unit is bad and they’ll send someone tomorrow. Originally they told my tech it’d be 2 weeks on the part!!! I’m ready to tell them to take their crap back, if this is what I have to look forward to with the service plan and the pricing, I am out!!!!!! . . . Not to mention, my 2nd unit has not been looked at or touched yet even though it is on their service plan as of August 4th.
