Dan was courteous and professional. He fixed my house and did not try to sell me anything i did not need. Kind with my kids and their million questions. Very knowledgeable to fix our AC in one appointment. My wife said she felt very safe around him when I was at work. Thank you Dan.

Jacob with Lee called 30 minutes before arriving. When he arrived he explained once he assessed the problem what needed to be done and gave me the cost of it. Jerry of Lee Company handyman service did a great job for us on very short notice. He was timely, courteous, efficient, knew what he was doing and got the job done on an urgent basis. We've been residential customers of Lee Company many years. I don't remember any other Lee company technician more capable or helpful than Jerry. 10/10 recommend.

Lee Company is top-notch. From start to finish, I was treated with respect. Ken and Benny did the install of my new HVAC system and arrived on time, treated my home respectfully, worked diligently and professionally throughout the day. They always kept me up to date on their progress without being intrusive. They started the day telling me it should take 6-8 hours. When they were at the end, testing the system, it became apparent that my new unit was missing a part. They immediately contacted their manager, Andy, who tracked down the appropriate part in the warehouse. He took it upon himself to drive there, get the unit, drive it to my place so that the part could be placed in my unit. Finishing the job, no matter how long it made their work day, was their goal. Customer service was key. Ken and Benny never complained, but let me know that their goal was to complete the install to my satisfaction. What this meant was their 8 hour install became an almost 12 hour install. They never made me feel they were rushed but took their time to explain the install and how to use my new thermostat. They left my home clean and tidy and with cool air filling my condo. I highly recommend Lee.
