They charged my mom a fortune to replace a bad toilet flange. The bathroom is rarely used so we didn't discover it had started leaking again until after a year had passed. I called and the secretary told me they would not honor their workmanship warranty because it had been over a year. When I called a different plumber to fix it, he showed me that the flange was completely warped. It's not clear Kramer even replaced it, or what they did. I hesitate to leave bad reviews for small businesses, but plumbers should not be allowed to get away with shoddy work.

Incredibly professional team, from first contact through the job's completion. Holly fielded the initial phone call immediately and effectively scheduled a convenient time. When a massive snowstorm required rescheduling, she proactively reset the appointment and confirmed the new time with me so I didn't have to stress about it. Juan and Dominique arrived early in the window, quickly assessed an effective solution to my plumbing problem, and masterfully completed the repair in short order. When they finished the site was so spotless it was like they'd never been there, leaving me with a stellar assembly that far exceeded our expectations. A world-class result from start to finish, and Kramer And Sons will now be the only plumber I call with future issues.

Excellent Service! We have many services done by Kramer. I am very happy with all the services that they provided, especially the sewage system replacement. Reasonable price, quick service, on time, professional work! They make sure everything clean and back to normal after the service done. A few times they helped contacting the insurance to get approval for us that other companies couldn’t provide enough details for insurance to approval the service. Thank you so much for a great service! Highly recommended. I have experienced many different companies that my insurance sent over. This is the company that did the best work!

Kramer and Sons is a top notch company. They are always highly responsive and their customer service is fantastic. The people they hire are well trained and easy to work with. And they stand by their work. There was an issue with our water heater due to sediment build up (nothing to do with Kramer and Sons - issue with our hard water and manufacturer) and the company went out of their way to help get it covered under warranty. They've also sent their top person out on a special trip outside of working hours to help navigate a temperature setting issue. They always go out of their way to try to fit you in no matter how busy they are. I know it is tempting to go with a low-cost inexperienced firm, but you usually pay a price for that in the end (I've been there). Kramer and Sons is worth every penny and I'd recommend them without hesitation.

Had a sink drain clogged and made an appointment. Kramer said they would be here between 7:30 to 9 AM. They showed up at about 8 and had it fixed by about 8:20. Put on protective booties and after they finished they cleaned everything up. Very friendly and efficient. Have use used Kramer several times and have been extremely satisfied with their work every time. Would always recommend them for plumbing work.
