I used Brendan for my two porches (painting, putting up bird deterrents, cleaning out eaves) He did a great job – a lot better than I was expecting. Work he did on my porches was so good that I hired him to put in a new deck for me. My old deck was so badly deteriorated that i actually fell through at one spot. He removed all the old decking, bought all the new decking, installed it in a new fancy design that I love, fixed my gate that was falling off and also installed deck lights and outlets for me. It looks so good!! Price was very good and he did all the work in a very timely manner. Always kept me updated with progress via text which I also liked. I'm hiring him now to do some repointing on my brick and lower part of my outside walls reparged. I plan to use him for all my home repair needs going forward. So happy I found someone who is reasonable, professional and trustworthy to get the job done right and on time.
