I can't say enough about Ross from Essig Plumbing & Heating. I got a referral from my neighbor to contact Essig after I had a pipe break and subsequent water damage on multiple floors. Ross handled the pipe repair job in a friendly, informative, and timely manner. He also evaluated my hot water heater and estimated that it was at least 13 years old. Suggested considering getting a new one to offset the strong possibility of problems. He arranged for the installation, did it perfectly, and got me on their service plan which gave me a nice discount and access to his services throughout the year. Glad I called Essig!

Joe was very knowledgeable, informative and caring. When he arrived he thoroughly examined the air conditioner outside and the air handler/ furnace inside the house. He answered all our questions, thoroughly explained what the problem was and offered options to resolve it. He was able to locate the motor we needed while on site and to schedule service for the following day (Saturday). Joe was kind and considerate working around our big dogs. Joe is a great asset to your company and is representative of five star service. Because of our satisfaction with Joe’s service we purchased an Essig service plan to maintain our system. Jeff and Joe arrived as stated, introduced themselves and got right to work. Their work ethics were spot on, given updates along the way. The installation of our replacement heating and cooling equipment was nothing but outstanding. They were respectful of our property and the completion of their work involved the most complete explanation of what was done. Answered questions professionally. Great job guys!! This say nothing of the 1st tech trying to save our existing unit but couldn't, explained the situation and called on Brian Hess to offer solutions, which he did. The price was high (in my cheap mind) but unavoidable, but none the less we felt in great hand. So in fact the price for which all was included was a very fair price. Great job to all involved to complete such an amazing job!!

I had a great experience with Joseph the service technician who came to check my AC. He was extremely professional, polite, and respectful throughout the visit. Joseph took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I understood what was going on with the system and what my options were. His knowledge and patience were truly appreciated. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of AC service.
