They showed up quickly when we had an issue. But that is about where the good news ends. The issue we called them about in the first place still persists and they left my bathroom a disgusting mess. Not pictured, my bathroom rugs that got trampled with dirty work boots and are now in the wash. Angry doesn’t even cover it. Edited to add: The job was ordered by my landlord for issues at the home I rent, that is why my name is not associated with this job#. I will send an email.

Kendall Sherrill was an awesome technician! Great person and great work really appreciated him. Customer service was excellent while making the appointment. All services were easy and done in no time. Thank you guys again.

I called because my kitchen sink wouldn’t drain, and Eric Cybularz showed up to take a look. Eric did a thorough examination of the plumbing in my home, and because I was a new homeowner, took the time to show me where shutoffs, meters, and other critical components were housed and how to operate them when needed. He clearly had a goal of providing great customer service - to him, it wasn’t just a repair, but more of a service call. I was really pleased and would welcome Eric back!

John is a life saver! Even more so on a Sunday. We are very grateful for him. Our kitchen sink was backed up and after trying a few things it released a horrendous sewer type smell. We have 3 children (two are special needs) and were worried for health reasons. We were put directly on their schedule and he came first thing. Our house is older and John explained exactly what the issue was with our drain and fixed it. He was respectful of our property, took his time, was very thorough and all around just so kind. I highly recommend John!! ~Thank you Len and staff.

We had a water main Break! We called the company. Within an hour there was a knock at the door. Anthony and Andre could not have been nicer nor more helpful. They explained what happened and how it would be fixed. They set up everything. The work was done in one day. Everyone was so professional and took care not to dig unnecessarily and to keep my house clean. If we ever have a plumbing problem again we will definitely call Len the Plumber and ask for Anthony and Andre!
