Yesterday we had the UGI team replace our entire HVAC system with a new LENNOX unit. The quality of the equipment was exceeded only by the professionalism of the team that installed it. From start to finish, the installation was by far the most organized and pleasant I have ever experienced. Getting a new HVAC system is a major decision, not one to be made lightly. I have asthma, and the team led by Don Renninger was careful to ensure that my comfort during the installation was taken into consideration. If you want a professional result, you need professionals doing the work. The equipment speaks for itself, but a solid installation is what allows it to perform as designed. Thank you UGI for being there when we needed you and encouraging us years ago to invest in the service contract.

After 2 different quotes over 14K for a new heat pump, I called UGI. There estimator came out next day, went over our options and in 1 week we had a new system installed for 4K less then our lowest quote. 10 year warranty and 3 year 0% financing. The other 2 "big name" companies were not even close to matching UGI's offer

Brett and his helper installed our new Bradford White Electric Hot Water Heater and they did a fantastic job. They were knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and answered all my questions expertly. I was happy to learn that this heater came with an installed aluminum anode rod. This is what you need when you have a water softener and Brett knew this.
