Very kind, respectful and knowledgeable. Gave us a lot of useful information. Worked with us to get us the cheapest price too! 11/10 couldnt recommend more.

Roto Rooter provided same day emergency drain clearing service. Amazingly, this was on a Friday night at 11:30pm. Anthony was the technician and did a great job at the tail end of his shift. Aidan, was AWESOME!!!! My family and I just adopted a kitten and she ran to hide in the walls where our bath tub is located. I tried everything to find her. Aidan was able to locate her less than 10 minutes . He also came with a cat treat to help try to get her out safely. Aidan was super professional and I will definitely us this company again!!!

One of the draining pipe was blocked and flooded our basement. We called Roto Rooter and they came out quickly. They did such an excellent job. Plus, they bill your insurance company so you don’t have to pay anything. We highly recommend it if you have any issues with water damage.
