K & M Plumbing & Sewer Service

10/10 recommend: we had a fabulous service experience on 08/23/24. I wish I had called them first but K&M was actually our second call. (the first guy was a total joke in comparison) Adam was professional when I called: he scheduled me 2 days out and arrived promptly on time. Once inside he took a look at our kitchen sink area, and reassured us that the first guy had been wrong and some things they said needed “fixing” were actually fine/to code. He then quoted us on the spot for the work we did need: he was informative, polite/friendly, and fair in pricing. He was able to schedule us for that same day and told us he would return shortly with supplies. An hour later he returned with 2 gentleman and a handful of tools/supplies. They got to work right away and got everything done that we asked. He then decided to do another shut off valve for us so again he left and quickly returned. His thoughtfulness in offering to add that to our setup is truly appreciated. His third return was prompt: he added the last valve, checked everything with the water back on and then wrapped up our visit by taking our payment. He was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He also made suggestions/quotes for some other work we are debating doing, and was nice enough to suggest a good septic company for us to consider as well. Night and day compared to the first guy we called. We are so happy with the work that was done and will definitely be returning customers for the future work we need done. It’s hard to find honest men doing good work but I feel like that’s the perfect description for this company.

Adam was great to work with! He was super quick to respond and was extremely professional and thorough. He diagnosed and resolved a reocurring issue we were having that was missed by another plumber. Reasonably priced and very helpful with our insurance claim. Will definitely contact him should the need arise again. Highly recommend!!!

Adam was straight and honest. He cleared our sewer line of roots for a fair price. He communicated well via texts and phone and was on time and neat. I was very satisfied with his work. I recommend Adam and K&M Plumbing & Sewer Service

Adam was honest and professional. He and his crew located and fixed the root (pun intended) of our problem and our basement has been dry ever since! After years of flooding and others not being able to help, we couldn't be happier!
