We had SAS come out to our home and give us a quote for waterproofing our basement. They were very informative and had very competitive pricing. Two days to complete, second day the city inspector came out and blessed their work. Second day the cement went in. Very pleased with everything. Great team. Highly recommended!! I don’t have any pictures with the new cement. It looks great.

There has been at least four notable storms in my area since SAS Home Services installed drain tiles and sump in my basement. We came out of each of them, without incident. On every good rain, our sump does its thing, again, without incident. Steve and crew do great, reliable work. You can’t put a price on the peace of mind of knowing you have protection when you need it, especially when we see neighbors unfortunately placing their possessions on the curb after a down pour. We didn’t actually choose SAS to do our work, our builder did. I’ll call Steve for any related work in the future.

We are extremely happy with the roof SAS Construction put on our house 10 years ago. They were very polite, professional and attentive to all of our requests. Recently we called them about a shingle that was frayed and they were out immediately to replace as well as inspect the rest of the roof for possible issues. Their standard of service is impeccable. We recommended them to our neighbors and friends.

Dino and his crew did an amazing job rebuilding my mom’s crumbling patio wall. Dino discussed details to ensure that we made informed decisions. They were very reliable and kept the worksite in excellent shape during the project. The work was superior with great attention to detail! Efficient, professional, responsive, friendly and overall quality work. I would highly recommend this crew and company!

Above and beyond expectations! To be completely honest, I’m a tough customer, expect a lot and expect to be disappointed when it comes to services like this. Larry who quoted the job showed up quickly and on time. He was super professional, gave me a no BS quote and was extremely competitive on the price. Larry stayed in contact with leading up to and throughout the project until the end to make sure everything went as planned. The crew also was on time and professional. They went above and beyond to identify and make other small needed repairs. They left the place looking great and clean of any nails and debris. Highly recommended for all the right reasons.
