Chris and his team were great to work with! Very responsive, on time, took special care to keep the house clean while they ran a gas line for a new cooktop with minimal access to the ceiling. The process was made easy and they shared other programs they offer which I would be looking for anyway and was able to receive some additional discounting. My wife and I feel like they took very good care of our job and our home! Will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Went online to schedule an emergency service on a Friday morning. I received same day confirmation a technician would be by between 12-5. The Technician called before the arrived around 2:30pm, was polite, knowledgeable, and had the issues resolved in under 30 minutes. Had replacement parts on the service vehicle and recommended a coil cleaning as well, because it is an older unit. He was up front with pricing, quick and courteous. I would recommend Flame to anyone seeking quick resolutions for their heating and cooling needs with fair pricing and knowledgeable staff!

We were having issues with the fan on our 20 year old outdoor A/C unit. It would run when the air kicked on, and then it would stop running while the air was still on. So, we called Flame and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Phillip came out to inspect our system. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He even answered questions that I hadn't even asked yet. He was very honest and upfront about everything. He concluded that 20 years was all we were going to get out of our HVAC system. The fan motor was overheating, and drawing more power than it was rated for, the coil was rusty, the system had a freon leak, etc... So we set up an appointment to speak with a Salesman. Dave came out that afternoon, and we decided to purchase an Elite Furnace and Air Conditioning HVAC system. This morning, Dee and Josh came out to install our system. They were very polite, very informative, and did quality work, midway through the installation, Steve, the electrician showed up to get that part taken care of. He had to relocate the outside box because the old one wasn't up to today's code and was far away from the unit. Steve was also very polite and knowledgeable. I give 5 stars to all of the Men that we dealt with to get this job done. They made us feel confident that we made the right decision to go with Flame Furnace for our HVAC needs. The furnace room was cleaner when they left than it was when they first arrived. We started out with a system inspection on Wednesday morning and had a completely new system installed by Friday afternoon. Job well done, guys. We would most definitely recommend Flame Furnace for your HVAC needs.

Flame did an excellent job of installing our new air conditioner. It was installed within a couple of days of meeting with their salesman. The installers were very good and neat. They took the time to explain how to perform the required maintenance. They cleaned everything up before they left.

Our experience with the company has been great so far. When I called initially for service, they were responsive and got out to us quickly. Once they verified we needed a new air conditioner, they came out to give us a quote for a replacement quickly as well. He quoted us several different replacement options - which was nice. Communication throughout the process has been great. They have also done a great job working with our schedule for the installation. All around a great experience. I would absolutely recommend them.
