Great experience! Got a quote last summer and then asked for an update. They provided the info quickly and were able to install a new Fujitsu split unit within a day. Not that I needed it that quickly but the responsiveness was GREAT! Robert the installer was very professional along with the other staff who worked with him. Very happy we used McCarver!!

Erik arrived in time and after I explained the outside AC unit would not turn on he checked it out and discovered the problem within five minutes and had it working again. Since my AC unit is 13 years old he also showed me some rusted parts that he recommended I replace. He gave me a spot on estimate and replaced the old parts, added Freon and did a thorough cleaning. My AC now runs better than it has in years. Erik was very helpful, answered all my questions, was professional and friendly. It was clear he is very knowledgeable and I fully trusted him to service my AC restoring it to fully working condition; so I'll get several more years before having to consider a replacement. I’m honestly speechless. We had another company come out and they initially told us we needed a new compressor. Which we had them install at a reasonable cost. After a few days the unit started making a crazy noise, and that same company said that we needed a WHOLE NEW SYSTEM for an additional cost of 14,000$ 💀. Thankfully I was smart enough to get a second opinion. That’s when our hero’s, Erik K. & McCarver Mechanical. Stepped in and told us that the other company grossly over filled the new unit! Erik drained the system, and filled it with the correct amount of refrigerant for $90. Guess what? It worked, the house is cool, and the new condenser is whisper silent. Erik saved me $13,920.00 dollars. I’m beside myself. THANK YOU!!!

I love McCarver so much! I was actually referred to them some years ago as I was new in the area and had no idea of who to call. One of my neighbors recommended McCarver as they'd replaced their furnace and AC, and I was having major problems with my AC at the time and was desperate for help. From the very first time I spoke with them, every person I've ever had any contact with has been personable, polite, understanding, knowledgeable, and caring. I ask a ton of questions about everything, and everyone I've spoken answered everything quickly, efficiently, and gave me additional information that I hadn't even thought of. This really eased my fears about anything HVAC related since I'm sure I look like a deer in headlights whenever anything was asked of me about my systems. They genuinely exceed my expectations each time they've visited my home, whether for a service call, and installation, or a routine maintenance visit.
