I called Johnson Plumbing out to my house after having plumbing issues. Cristian came out right away, and diagnosed a big problem. Brad personally came, and discussed the repair. The work was done efficiently, and very quickly. Cristian and his partner put everything back as they had found it prior to using the back hoe. The customer service is EXCELLENT!! The whole team is knowledgeable, and professional, and I highly recommend them.

Had an exterior faucet burst during a freeze late on a Friday afternoon. Called Johnson after several other plumbers said they had already clocked out for the weekend. They were at my house 30 min later and had it resolved in roughly an hour for a price that was significantly better than I anticipated. The guys were professional, kind, explained every step and easy to work with. 10/10. Just found my new go to plumber.

Johnson Plumbing always tries to get to you as quickly as they can. They always have qualified plumbers that don’t waste any time doing the job. They changed out my shutoff’s in just a few minutes. Can’t ask for more than that.

Great services from office staff over phone to plumber who came out. Garrett is very friendly but most importantly knows his stuff, explains everything and is thorough and meticulous with his work. Prices are reasonable and they don't give vibe of trying to charge for more than what is needed. They came out twice in last few months for different issues that in my opinion appear to be caused by another plumbing company I previously used where the other company's work didn't hold up and needed repair again. Both times service was exceptional. I also have a coworker who referred me to Johnson Plumbing and mention similar great experiences.

My experience with Johnson Plumbing was excellent: we had a sewer clog from the upstairs (multiple bathrooms) that I could not free with my 25' auger. Needing professional help, I looked at local plumbers and reviews to select Johnson Plumbing. Garrett came out and was friendly and professional. He listened to me and understood my diagnosis of the problem and focused on an efficient and timely resolution. He did have to call for assistance from another team member to work their big augur. Backup showed up quickly and they made short work of the issue. Garrett explained what they were doing and answered all my questions thoroughly, helping me learn in the process.
