Johnny Rooter did a great job with my water heater installation! Jason and John were very thorough, speedy, and knowledgeable. Jason made sure to explain each step of the process, and answered all of my questions. I was also confident that they brought the installation up to code. Their dispatch team called me before they arrived with an accurate ETA. Overall excellent experience!

I had a urinal in an office building that wasn’t draining. Johnny Rooter was able to get someone there within 2 hours. There was significant calcium buildup that a simple snake and plunge wasn’t enough to fix. Fortunately the person had all the tools and knowledge and with working on it for over an hour was able to get it fixed. Great job with timely personable service. I’ll definitely call again.

Had a great experience with Johnny Rooter and Sam, specifically. Sam was friendly and informative and continued communication throughout the work. He kept us notified of the progress of the work and let us see the finish product before moving to the next task. Sam was also kind enough to ask about shoes in the house. will recommend the company to others.

What amazing service from Nathan Vaughan at Johnny Rooter! I called last night after waiting all day for a different plumber who didn’t show. Johnny Rooter got back to me first thing this morning & sent Nathan over. He was polite, professional and fixed all of our plumbing issues on the spot. He charged me a fraction of what I was quoted by a larger company. I am so grateful to have found a small plumbing company that conducts their business with decency, transparency quality work. Cameron from Johnny Rooter came out to camera our sewer lines. He was informative, thorough and kind. Walked me through all of the lines and where we may have problems in the future next to trees. He went above and beyond. Highly recommend!
