I'm really not sure what the previous owners of this house were thinking with many things, and the washing machine was yet another water issue. Will fixed the problem and updated some important details, since this is most likely our forever home. I really appreciated his patience, problem solving, and communication skills. Jim Dickerson is great! Got scheduled for my AC repair within a few hours the receptionist/scheduler was super friendly, accommodating and understanding. VJ the repair man was on time at 2pm on the dot. VJ is courteous, respectful and very knowledgeable. He was very fast and efficient! VJ scoped out my problem in 2 minutes…literally 2 minutes. My AC was fixed, all my questions answered at 2:15, and VJ was out the door! Couldn’t ask for a better experience! Call Jim Dickerson for your needs! It felt great to have such good service it was money well spent!!!

Our family has been using Jim Dickerson for Plumbing and Heating/AC for several years now. Their prices are great and I have had the pleasure of dealing with 4 or 5 different techs at this point and they have all been 10/10 guys. Very friendly, professional, mindful of ways to help me save a little money. I cannot recommend Jim Dickerson enough. Not even a sliver of the typical slimy behavior we've seen from some other companies.

RJ did not initially ring the bell to let me know he was there but he did, however, get right to work addressing the problem. I was grateful that he had installed the pump so he knew exactly what he was up against. He worked very hard and even called in a co-worker for assistance. He went above and beyond helping me that day even fixing another small issue. The only photo I have is my grandson overlooking his work!!!!
