I contacted Jewell Mechanical to address issues with and service my four mini splits in my home that Jewell installed nearly 5 years ago and I have completely ignored until now. Jewell had ample availability despite it being peak heat wave in August and sent someone out at my convenience. Justin arrived promptly at the start of the window of arrival and was courteous enough to contact me ahead of his arrival so I could prepare my home and get my pets out of the way. I work from home and was concerned there’d be a lot of commotion and disruption and that simply was not the case. Justin was respectful of me, my work space, and my home while he worked. He fixed every issue I identified and even took the time to explain to me what the issues were and identified some problems I hadn’t even noticed. I felt comfortable alone in my home with him, which says a lot in itself, but I also never felt like he was trying to run up the clock in any way. Justin is a hard worker and he had his work cut out for him in our home and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. The pricing was fair for the work completed and I understand the root of the expense. He was friendly and efficient and my air is already so much cooler in my home and he literally just left. I highly recommend contacting Jewell Mechanical for your heating and cooling needs. We used their competitors in the past without the quality service and with a more significant price tag. Cannot express my gratitude enough.

I called Jewell this morning about an HVAC and concern and they sent Anthony right over same day to check it out. He was great at communicating and explained everything. I am not really surprised as I have used Jewell numerous times for three separate homes in Nashville and they always give top notch service!

I was very impressed with Anthony, who helped us get our AC working! Jewell Mechanical is our “go-to" for plumbing and HVAC issues. We have used them for going on two years and have always received excellent service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

Big shout out to Alan for getting our AC up & running. He definitely knows his stuff especially with our geothermal system. He was very efficient & a really nice person. He was a lifesaver and I appreciate all he did!!!
