These guys are great - Drew and Jason are knowledgeable, friendly and respectful! Although the project took longer than expected, they clearly explained what the (unforeseen) issues were and how they were going to be fixed. I am extremely confident in their skills and therefore highly recommend their services!

Always excellent and prompt service! Technicians are very helpful and professional. Jerry's installed a new boiler for us yesterday and the three technicians - Mike, Justin, and can't recall the third technicians' name. There is never any trace that they left anything behind, clean up all broken parts, packing etc. Highly recommend!

Called today for toilet repair. Scheduled for two days out. They called back with a technician available today. They send you a photo of the tech before arrival. Tech arrived on time. Very polite and started right in on the job. Done quickly and neatly. Invoicing in a few days via email. Professional and well worth it. My go to plumbers.

Communication with Amanda in the office was excellent. An appointment convenient with us was confirmed quickly. Steve arrived on time and was very conscientious about his work and surroundings (even tolerating a mouthy, annoying dog). The toilet was installed perfectly with no hiccups (for us, anyway) and the job was completed on time. When we need additional plumbing help we will definitely call and recommend Jerry's Plumbing & Heating!
