Pine State Services

This was my second time using Pine State Services. Last summer I had my outside water spigot replaced, but this time I needed an electrician to replace my smoke detectors and I bought 2 new porch lights as well for a new updated look. Ryan is courteous and extremely professional.... I'll be shopping for more lighting for the kitchen & dining areas now that I got an electrician I can count on to do the job right! Thank you Pine State Services.

Called Pine State after my original central AC maintenance guy retired. They set me a date just a week out and sent James to do the work. He showed up right on time and was very personable & professional. He also was one of the neatest service guys I’ve met. He did not make any mess behind and you couldn’t even tell that he had gone into the attic because he did not knock down even one piece of the blow-in insulation - definitely not what others had left behind. He did great work and the AC is working smoother than ever.

Pine State finished up the installation of our heat pump system. It was not an easy task but you’d never know this by the way the technician went about their work. Trevor and Stephan did an amazing job! They are so neat and professional you’d almost never have known they were in the house or outside, when necessary. I cannot say enough great things about this company. Thanks again especially to Trevor and Stephan. And also to our sales person, Larry! And also to the annual service techs who were here yesterday! Thank you!!

Thank you Pine State and technician Chris Miner. Great job! Polite and professional. I had a new kitchen faucet installed and he was able to troubleshoot and repair my leaking bathtub. A bit pricey, but I am confident that the work was done well. That makes it worthwhile for me!

Kudos to Dustin B. and other technicians on today's service call. He was able to discover an issue with my water heater on a maintenance service call. I'm grateful to save us a headache in the winter. Pine State service is top-notch. I have used their services for over 10 years. It's a little expensive but worth it, and all my plumbing and electrical services have been resolved in a very timely manner. The technicians are professional and very detail-oriented in answering any questions.
