Beach Comber Plumbing and Drain

I called Beach Comber to clear a stubborn bathroom drain in the upstairs apartment I rent. Garrett arrived within hours, cleared the drain for my tenant and he identified what needed to be replaced so the issue could be resolved permanently. We discussed how to access the plumbing so that it would cause minimal disruption to my renter. The morning of the appointment, I received a text with Garrett’s ETA and he arrived within minutes. The job was completed as planned and I was pleased with the extra care Garrett took to make clean, minimal cuts to the ceiling drywall, all while working efficiently and neatly. My highest recommendation for Beach Comber. They have set a high standard for plumbing contractors and I will absolutely call them again.

Job well done!!! Our 10 y/o water heater was leaking and I called Beach Comber Plumbing and Drain to have it checked. Due to their busy schedule, the earliest they could come to us was Monday(5 days later). It was worth the wait! Garrett was awesome! He tried to fix my heater, to try to save me money, but due to it's age, it was just not possible. We ended up having to replace it anyway. Since I told Garrett the age of the heater when we spoke, he already had an idea that a replacement may be needed. Like a good boy scout, he was prepared! He had brought a replacement with him, saving us a trip to HomeDepot. Watching him installing the new heater with ease was a treat. You can tell that he has been doing this a long time. He clearly knew what he was doing. Beach Comber Plumbing and Drain is now in my contact list! Highly Recommend!!! Thanks Garrett and Courtney!

I’m not normally one to write reviews, but I cannot recommend Beach Comber enough. Garrett was amazing to work with and replaced our water heater with a new one at a great price. The response time and customer service was amazing as well. He even climbed over our washer and dryer to get to the water heater, which not only was an insanely tight squeeze, but also made for some great photos😂 Again, I can’t recommend Garrett enough. We will 100% be using him for any plumbing needs in the future

Garrett and Courtney are fantastic! Communication was prompt, detailed oriented and direct. After our 3 year old clogged a toilet flushing a plastic bottle, they were the only company to answer the phone after hours and came out faster than the time quoted. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone for emergency’s or projects.

I cannot recommend Beach Comber enough - Garrett was able to replace our hot water heater within the same day and for a very reasonable cost. I am so appreciative of his responsiveness, coming prepared with a new tank for the initial assessment, and willingness to answer questions.
