They installed a new boiler on one of our rental properties. They did a fantastic job! The process was very easy. Their recommendation was spot on, we were scheduled within a reasonable amount of time, and the price was fair (not too low and not too high). Their technicians did the install seamlessly and with the utmost professionalism. They were extremely respectful and communicated well with us and our tenants.

We were running low on heating oil so we shopped around to compare prices. To our surprise, the prices we found on Maineoil.com had a wide range. Since our regular company's price was one of the highest, we wanted to try someone different and at a lower price. When comparing prices we noticed Rinaldi Energy was right in the middle. In fact, as a new customer, they even gave us an extra discount of 5cents/gal. We placed an order online and soon there after we got a call back from a nice and friendly lady (Cadence) to confirm our order and to let us know the total price and when it will be delivered. Delivery was made 3 days later as promised, and got our printed receipt. In addition, they also emailed us a copy of our receipt. This was an unexpected surprise...and very much appreciated. Great customer service! Highly recommend!

Rinaldi Energy is the best fuel company around. I needed heating oil quickly, and they were able to deliver within two days of ordering. Their prices are great compared to other companies, and their customer service is amazing!! 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking for a heating oil provider.
