I am incredibly grateful for his outstanding work and attention to detail. He was polite, professional, and showed great respect throughout the entire process. I was truly impressed by how thoroughly he completed the installation I requested. He checked everything as if he were working on his own home. The cost was also very reasonable considering the level of expertise and care he provided. What stood out even more was his honesty. If something was not feasible, he clearly explained why it could not be done, which shows his true professionalism. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services. He is simply the best plumber in town

Mr. James provided outstanding plumbing service. Honest, polite, reliable & knowledgeable. He accommodated us in his schedule under 24hrs. Provided a diagnostic via phone and gave us options on how to handle the issue. We had an inoperative pressure balance cartridge for our shower. He linked us with a local vendor to acquire the needed part; saving us money. Normally, companies would add an up-charge for the parts if they provide the part. He took care of us on that. The repair were completed seamless and he also provided us with an inside look with pointers of the job for future reference. Outstanding and quick service and generous price. James was amazing! Had a shower head that wouldn't stop leaking no matter what I replaced or did! He was able to come the same day and fixed the problem in less than an hour! The price was super affordable, especially compared to what others wanted to even come out and look! He was polite and courteous during his visit also! Outstanding service! Same day service too! James was almost able to diagnose my issue over the phone that’s how good he is! He also got the job done in a super time efficient manner. Pretty much replaced all components of my toilet within 15 mins. As for price, I’ve been through 2 other plumbers and his was by far the best pricing. He’s honest, and he doesn’t beat around the bush! Almost like having your own family do the job!

I met James in a store and he was wearing his T-shirt with his logo. I stopped him to inquire about installing a whole house water filter. He came to look at my plumbing at NO CHARGE! I ordered the filter and he installed it perfectly! Great guy, prompt, fair pricing and meticulous in his work. He even took the time to watch it for leaks rather then run off to his next job! If you need a plumber I would highly recommend James the plumber!!
