IRV PLUMBING, ELECTRIC & HVAC, INC

I would like to thank Leon and Will, the two plumbers that came out and did an amazing job for me. I was converting a standard tub unit into a walk in shower. First, one of the most impressive things IRV PLUMBING, ELECTRIC & HVAC, INC did was send out in a text a picture of the plumber and his credentials. That automatically sets a comfort level. I don’t think anybody else does that. Leon and Will made quick work of this job, which I thought might take 8 hrs or longer. They were pleasant, professional, courteous and cleaned the place better than what it was previously. They made a slightly nervous situation extremely satisfying. I would recommend this company to my family, friends and anybody else that needs plumbing work. Thanks Leon and Will, you did an amazing job. Almost forgot, Leon gave me some very helpful tips and consulted with me during the installation. Thanks again, Irv Plumbing, Electric and HVAC Inc.

--updated-- Great technician, but an incomplete solution, and the job was rescheduled several times before it could be fixed. Dustin, our technician, was fantastic. He was polite, efficient, and clearly skilled at his job. He addressed the 40-foot section of our sewer line that HomeServe approved for repair, correcting a sag and restoring minimal flow to that portion. I would happily have Dustin back for any future work, but I was left wishing the underlying problem had been more comprehensively addressed by the approved plan in a more timely manner.

James was very knowledgeable. Found out right away what the problem was. Replaced the doorbell chime in no time. Thanks so much James for an awesome job!! Anthony, the electrician tech, inspected my house. He was very professional, punctual and explain everything carefully. He did an awesome job and also give him 5 ⭐️s!! He updated the existing electrical panel and did a very good job!!! Ted also did an excellent job inspecting the plumbing. Friendly and communicative!! Also 5 ⭐️s!! Matthew the HVAC expert, did an awesome inspection!! He did a very thorough inspection!! There was no issues found but he did explain everything in details! Very communicative!! 5 ⭐️ s February 2025: Matthew and James came to do an inspection maintenance and did an awesome job. Dustin did an Awesome job inspecting all the plumbing. He suggested to replaced the water tank which was 18yrs old! Dustin replaced my old water tank. He did an excellent job!!! Great personality and professional and explained in details everything he did. I would give him 10 stars!!! IRV have the best technicians!!! P Randy was awesome!! Very friendly and efficient service. Water tank thermostat was replace in no time and I am very happy I have hot water running!!! I would highly recommend!! 4/21/25 Matthew Albritton came to inspect the HVAC and did a spectacular job!! Very efficient and knowledgeable. Great communication!!! Leon Carver came to my house to check on a sink leaking water and was very pleasant. Explain what the problem was and fixed it in no time. Leon and his helper (sorry I do not recall the other gentleman’s name) was a pleasure to work with, real down to earth guys that have a lot of knowledge and very respectful of my areas. Leon identified the issue (outside line blockage)quickly. Unfortunately, I could not have IRV Plumbing continue to fix the problem as my exterior line coverage insurances chose to use another company for this issue identified given their process. I was very disappointed we could not this company given my first impressions of IRV plumbing was great! I would definitely call on IRV Plumbing again in the future for other needs!

Awesome customer service and work. The young lady I spoke to on numerous occasions to get the plumbing work scheduled was Great! She kept me informed and updated. My technician took pictures, explained the job that needed to be done and IRV delivered. Thank you IRV for a great experience.
