When I contacted Innovative Underground I was skeptical of bring charging for an estimate. He had the best solution of all the estimates we received. After his bid was accepted, he deducted that fee from the final invoice. I can tell you hiring him for this job was worth every penny. David was a pleasure to work with. Even solving unexpected problems in real time. He came in on time and on budget. Responsible and respectful of our home and our neighbors. I would hire him again in a second. Do yourself a favor and give them a call.

I had a drainage issue going on for 2 years. Tried to DIY, had other contractors clear drain lines, problem continued. Contacted Innovative Underground after reading reviews on Nextdoor. They came out, gave an estimate and job was completed within the week. The solution is creative and masterful, quality work completed in a reasonable amount of time.

David took on a huge drainage project for me and was on top of everything at all times. The transformation was amazing. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He is on time, does exactly what he says he will do and always checks to make sure we are on the same page. He even helped me out with some great referrals for other work. Don’t make the mistake of using landscapers to do a job that involves drainage or French drains, sump pumps, or grading or any of that. David is meticulous and will always do the job the right way. It’s called Innovative for a good reason! You will not be disappointed.

I hired Innovative Underground to replace a community wastewater line across both of my properties into two separate lines. It was a big job. The team was clear and communicative with the logistics, work schedule, and inspections, and they staged the project in a way to make sure neither house was without service for more than an hour or so. Both yards were returned to the condition they started in, including fresh mulch, gravel, and wood chips where my landscaping was a bit more intricate. The crew at the house was friendly and respectful. Many of my neighbors commented on how friendly the team was. Incredibly fair pricing, clear work plans and expectations, easy to communicate with. I hope I never have to replace a wastewater line again, but if I do I will be calling Innovative Underground!

I hired David and his crew to replace my sewer line. It was very old and backing up constantly, which was costly, and needed to be replaced sooner, rather than later. David gave me a competitive bid and was able to start on the project in less than a week. His bid was very clear and he was able to answer all of my questions. He kept me informed of project tasks such as utility locates, obtaining the permit, inspector visits, etc. They showed up on time each day, and stayed late one day to take advantage of the nicer, drier weather. They even finished the project ahead of schedule. David listened to my concerns about minimizing the mess and protecting the garden plants near their work area. They even had to take a couple sections of fencing down, and put it back up in satisfactory condition. Thank you David, Nick, and Josh! You did a great job and made the process as painless as you could. I would definitely hire them for another project.
