HUGE SHOUT out to the team at Idaho plumbing, heating and air! Everyone from the office staff to the new employee's and all the amazing techs are wonderful to work with. Sean Coulter went above and beyond this week on a sewer line issue one of the homes we manage. He was able to get it all worked out and in the end the city took responsibility, this saved the owner thousands. Kelli and Katie in the office keep everything moving forward for the 100+ homes we manage. Scott is always helpful when owners have questions above my knowledge level. Seriously they are the best!

These two guys were terrific. They were very pleasant, and they did a terrific job of installing our AC split. We still had to wait for the electrician to come out, but this part of the project was pretty flawless. In addition, when the electrician didn't show up as originally planned, I contacted Noah and he was able to convey the message to figure out what was going on. It turns out that the electrician was sick, but nobody ended up telling us. Kudos to Noah and the other dude that installed the split.

I love Idaho Heating and Air! Two years ago they fixed my AC same day in 100 degree weather. Then it was time for me to replace everything, AC, furnace and hot water heater, later that fall. Everything was replaced in one day and the new equipment is much more efficient. I felt the price was good. I signed up for the twice-yearly check-up and it is worth it to know that the systems can be fine tuned year to year as needed. Chris C. just checked my AC today and it's ready for another hot summer. Whenever I call, I reach a real person right away. Great, locally owned company!

Service was great! The technician, Cohlton Loftis, was knowledgeable and thorough! He demonstrated a professionalism I haven't seen in a long time. I also enjoyed his unique sense of humor. I would highly recommend Cohlton Loftis and Idaho Heating & Air to others.
