Idaho Furnace Plumbing Source

I was given an invoice and tried to pay online. The payment service they use charges a fee to pay with a debit/credit card which they are happy to pass along to the customer. I did not want to pay a fee just to pay for the service. My wife went in to drop a check off to them and they charged her additional nickle and dime fees. They have good pricing until you try to pay them. Thats when they add more to your invoice to make up the difference. Might as well use someone else with higher prices and deal with honesty and integrity instead of getting worked over by these guys.

Have had them put in a furnace in February when ours took a death moment and then had them put in a tankless water heater. Have been thrilled for the service and care we received. Techs were wonderful and clean and Cindy in the office was so helpful. Happy with their service throughout the years. Ernie the owner has been honest and upfront about our needs. Grateful for response time and service.

We bought a new furnace and air conditioner a few years ago from Idaho Furnace Plumbing Source. Ernie was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us many options over many price ranges. He walked down the job with us and explained everything. They installed the furnace and air conditioner and redid all of our ducting. They were very fair in price. The phone calls are always answered promptly and very friendly. They show up when they are scheduled. No waiting around all day for this company. The guys did an excellent job all around and are happy to answer all of my questions. They are very detailed and cleanly with their work. We have them come do regular maintenance on our units. They are always prompt and dependable and wont break the bank. A nice touch is that this company always reaches out about your experience and really listen to feedback. We will continue to rely on and purchase from them. I highly recommend them!

They always take the time to inform you about the issue (with photos) and give you an accurate estimate. I use them for all my furnace and plumbing needs. Thanks for the good service.

After having a complete nightmare experience with a different company that quoted us almost $13,000 for a basic furnace, Idaho Furnace Plumbing Source came in clutch with 5 star service all around!! Starting with their amazing scheduler Cindy who was able to give us price ranges etc over the phone and was able to send a guy over to our home in the same day for a free consultation. The consultant Ernie was very honest and kind and didn’t try to sell us unnecessary work for our home. Ernie also saved our family from carbon monoxide leaking from the old furnace and provided us with enough space heaters to keep the house warm until they could get a new furnace installed in our home. They made us a priority to get the new furnace installed quickly. During the time it took Luis and his partner to install it, they remained very professional and were so nice and friendly with our young children. They also took the time to show/teach us about working the new thermostat etc. In the end they ended up saving us almost $8,000 which was a huge relief!! This whole team they have working for this company is top notch! They truly care about their customers and not just making a sell! Will forever be customers!
