Horizon/Schwartz Plumbing installed my tankless water heater 6 years ago. Recently it started "backfiring" very loudly from the exhaust vent. I checked with the Manufacturer and they said that the venting wasn't installed properly. Both intake and exhaust should be vented outside. I've reached out to Horizon to speak with a manager to see about getting this corrected. I've called multiple times and each time I've been told that someone would contact me so that we could discuss options. I never received a call. I called for a dispatch. The service tech came out and I received an estimate of $1850 to correct their incorrect installation. Don't use this company if you expect good customer service and professionalism.

In preparation for bathroom remodels we discovered that all the shutoff valves were frozen in both bathrooms. Having used Horizon for the same problem in our kitchen 5 years ago, and water heater replacement last year, I called them for help. Scheduling was flexible, the technician they sent was prompt, courteous. All the valves were replaced with in less than 2 hours and I can now move forward with our remodel. They were referred to me by our neighbor and I am happy to refer them to anyone that asks.

Cal checked our plumbing and drainage and found nothing wrong. He confirmed what I thought. The septic needs pumping. He was courteous and kind . Thank you for your work and service.
