My experience with Hoffman Brothers , and specifically with Taylor Owen was excellent. Taylor answered all my questions , was patient and kind , and was very knowledgeable with the mini split system I ended up buying. It is primarily because of Taylor that I went ahead with this purchase and I was given a very fair price. Today Mason came to diagnose my main hvac units. Mason was very knowledgeable and offered several options for me. He was very good Today Taylor helped me pick out a new hvac system. He eas amazing and answered my every question. It was seamless and and a good experience Today I had a new American Standard hvac unit put in , 2 four ton units. Neyland , William , Ethan , Matthew , Thomas Owen , and Barsan were amazing installing the units. I specifically requested Neyland to do the install as he put in a Mitsubishi mini split in my bedroom a few weeks ago and did that perfectly. Very knowledgeable , answered every question , and has an attention to detail and doing the job right. Actually , Hoffman Brothers , because of the people they hire and train , are why I would go nowhere else for any home repairs or installations

I had a different company come out for a quote first, but Travis at Hoffmann Brothers was way more thorough and took the time to find a better solution that would do what I needed and cost a lot less. Cody came out to do the EV charger install and he was super professional and did excellent work. Very happy with my experience with Hoffmann Brothers!

Cody was called in to install a GFCI exterior outlet for a new tank less water heater. He was prompt, asked questions and was quick to complete the job. I appreciate the entire crew at Hoffman Brothers immensely! Made a big difference in keeping this project on time and within budget.

Mason was professional and helpful. He guided me through everything he worked on and explained the problem thoroughly. He fixed my issue quickly and provided options without any pressure. I like how Hoffman Brothers employees are in uniforms, names on their shirts, and shoe covers are ready to be put on. I’d recommend Hoffman Brothers and Mason to anyone. First class service.

Brad came out the very next day and did great work, talking me through everything and giving estimates for a few things around the house. Hoffman Brothers made it easy to get a technician out, and I appreciated the communication and professionalism throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend!
