Great service! Salesperson who quoted the system was thorough in his presentation and answered all of my questions. Pricing seemed reasonable for what I was getting. Technicians showed up early and worked almost 12 hours to install our new HVAC system. They showed me their work, answered all of my questions, and cleaned up before leaving. Could not have asked for a better installation experience. I heard about HL Bowman through Duke Energy contractor referral program. This is my first interaction with HL Bowman, and they left a great impression.

HL Bowman Bought out Healthy Home who we were customers with. So far HL Bowman has not been that professional. My first experience with them was when I called and was sent to a recording that said easy online scheduling so I scheduled it for that following Saturday online. We waited all day and then got a call near end of day that they don't do appointments on Saturday unless it's an emergency. So here we have a system who let me make an appointment and didn't say anything about it having to be an emergency and wasting my whole day. So we hesitated to give them another chance but did. This last appointment I called because we were having a damper issue and while out there I wanted them to do yearly servicing. As I spoke to what I thought was a person at first I soon realized it was AI not a person. Which was really weird. They didn't give a time only said on Friday so I asked well what time and it asked me when I wanted them to come out I said morning they said they will call me 30 mins before they show up. Friday comes and the tech comes out. He has no idea that I called for a damper to be looked at but was only there to do the yearly maintenance. He was nice enough but really didn't sound confident to look at what the problem was but went under the house to look and then said he could at least do the cleaning and check up on the unit but he didn't want to mess with the damper. We discussed the weird way the house was set up but we have lived here for 7 years and many other techs took care of things. He just didn't seem confident. They charged $80+ for that and when he was down there he saw moister so they then sent a quote for a $5000+ service even though I told him we were not interested in that at all. My thoughts are if the company can't be personal enough to have a person take down appointments and mess up two appointments last thing I want to do is spend more money with them. I wouldn't be surprised if a AI Bot replies to these reviews.

Excellent service!!! I called at 9:30 AM when my A/C went down and the tech arrived at 11:30 AM. My tech, Antoine was very professional and had back up and running very quickly. A big thanks to Antoine and the entire HL Bowman team for making this repair as painless as possible!

Antione Howell customer service was excellent. He answered all our questions and made plan that would work for us. He also came out and same day got my a/c fix. Saved us from having to sleep under the heat. Highly recommend this company 5 stars for sure!!!!!!
