I would give it zero stars if I could. DO NOT go here (Harri's Marine Services is part of business) for boat repairs or any haulout services if you can avoid it. I paid a tremendous amount of money to have the hull of my boat completely fiberglassed. The guy they hired (under their oversight as you can't hire your own person in their yard) did not lay fiberglass just bondo and fill. My vessel could have sunk and when all was revealed years later while on the grid they took absolute minimal responsibility for it. First they used intimidation tactics and denial. I was further displaced for months on end with no compensation for a place to live or prioritized so I could return to my home. Then, in part due to lack of any security measures/theft deterrents in their boat yard, my place was broken into while in the yard. My story of bad business dealings is not as unique as it should be. Run don't walk from this business.

May 2019 we were on the Oosterdam cruise ship and it had zero life vests for children. When we stopped in Juneau I got a taxi and he suggested Harris plumbing. It was odd but this was a quick success. The prices were perfect the customer service was fast and caring. I'm glad Google gave this opportunity for me to share this with the public. Harris plumbing store had more to offer but the our kids safety was more important and had to go. We made a complaint to the Capitan of the Ship and mentioned a plumbing store was well equipped as the ship was not as if an emergency happened my kids would have drowned. Thank you Harris plumbing!!!!! And we have had more kids and the life jackets are still very good condition.

Don’t listen to that fuddy duddy, Harris is great and does fantastic work. The mechanics are hard workers diving head first into everyone’s nasty unkept bilge and engine rooms rain, snow, or shine. They do quality fiberglass work, electrical, motor repairs, etc. in reasonable time. Check them out.

We had appointment with this company, to work on our boat that we scheduled 6 months in advance. Our boat was in Hoonah and we were going to to take the ferry from Juneau to Hoonah and drive our boat back to Juneau for our "scheduled" appointment. We Talked to Nate the day before we arrived in Juneau and all was well. The next day, when we flew in, clear from IDAHO, to get there in time to catch the ferry to Hoonah, he text us telling us, that the locals were more important then we were, and that he was not going to do the work because the locals came first. From the day we arrived in Alask. For our scheduled appointment, he refused to answer or return any of our calls from that point on. We had no other reason to be in Juneau or Hoonah other then to get our boat worked on, after waiting 6 months to show up for our pre-scheduled, appointment. BUYER BE WARE!!! If you have an appointment, and/or travel a long way to have this place work on your boat, you will more then likely, be bumped off of their schedule at the last minute, if someone local that they deem "MORE" important, happens to come along at the last minute. They do not care about you, only the locals, even if you have an appointment.Their attitude is "screw you and your appointment."

Poor DONT GO, Listed as a dealer for my boiler. For 2 years they where servicing it with the wrong parts and for the last 4 years I have Been being sold the wrong parts even when they where given the model and brand of our boiler. So for the last 6 years they have been selling the wrong parts and telling me it was the correct parts. Because of the wrong part being sold our furnace melted the heat exchanger out and tried to burn down the house. When I tried to speak to them about it I was told that it's not there problem and to go away. Mean while $8,000 later and a new boiler, I will never go or use this Business again. They can kick rocks.
